Our services work towards telling the seller and buyers of any domestic property what condition the building is in prior to the sale. The Home Condition Reports are on a par with the current home buyers report, and in addition contains an Energy performance certificate. Home Condition Reports are an optional extra document for Inclusion in Home Information Packs. Home condition surveys give the same level of information as Home Condition Reports but without the Energy Performance Certificate, and is a viable alternative to the Home buyers survey currently available for buyers. Energy Performance Certificates
Our company was started just after the introduction of Home Information Packs. Just like you wouldn't buy a car without an MOT you wouldn't want to buy or rent a house without an information pack. People are now realising the benefits of the Home Information Packs and they are becoming an essential part of the buying and letting process to all parties. We at Wilkinson Mather Home Inspections offer you competitive prices as well as our excellent service. We work around our clients preferences and have no set office hours so are completely flexible for your convenience. We can also offer weekend appointments with no extra charge.
EPCs are required for landlords prior to letting and this is the same throughout the market. We are an approved local service and a government authorised surveyor. Finally we are City and Guilds certified for PAT testing.
